On the morning of December 24 while walking out of the bathroom lo and behold Mr. Mouse ran past me and ran to the back of the dresser and cabinet that holds the small refrigerator.

The kids jump right back up on the bed, I pulled the curtains all the way back, turned all the lights and pulled the cabinet away from the wall, I still did not find where the mouse was ,so I pulled the refrigerator out and two mice ran from under refrigerator which was littered with mouse dropping.

Lee S wrote a review Dec BEST service ANYWHERE. While staying in the Showboat Hotel this past weekend, Saturday night around midnight we experienced a very personal and tragic issue.

We needed immediate assistance. Unfamiliar with the area, we asked for help at the front desk. The entire staff was AMAZINGLY AWESOME!!

Which included the night staff Amanda at the front desk, the night security personnel, it continued the next morning with Kandell the man at the front desk and Sammy the garage security supervisor.

The managing director Steve Sharkey who had been notified came in first thing early Sunday morning to coordinate personally.

All of our troubles were dealt with professionally and were taken care of better and faster that anyone could have hoped. By the way I should mention not only is it AWESOME SERVICE The rooms, were clean and the hotel was a beautiful place to stay.

Both of our rooms had great views of the beach front and the huge and beautifully lit ferris wheel. Right on the boardwalk in the middle of everything you could ask for.

I will stay there anytime I go to Atlantic City. They are working on an indoor waterpark and I plan to take all 9 of my grandkids in the summer.

HOTEL WHERE is it located? Atlantic CIty, New Jersey, USA WHY was I there? I was visiting friends who live in Atlantic City, and meeting up with friends who were also coming to Atlantic City to visit for a few days.

HOW did I get there? Greyhound Bus. This trip was booked on the Showboat Hotel website. Before booking a Hotel, ALWAYS compare rates, perks etc that may be offered to you directly via the Hotel website.

Were there any deals available? Yes, there were several deals available on the Showboat website, I used one of them to book this trip.

PRICE: 5 The price was definitely right on this trip! If you take Greyhound, make sure to see if they are offering a Casino Bonus when you book your ticket!

CHECK IN: 5 Usual check-in time is: 2pm I was able to check-in at: NOON The front desk was very accommodating, and let me check in a little earlier than their usual check-in time.

Please keep in mind that at ANY hotel, this is only due to what is available at the time, and up to the discretion of the front desk staff.

And BE KIND AND FRIENDLY TO THE STAFF, especially when they extend a courtesy to you. My experience with the staff here has been excellent, with all of the staff being super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful during my stays here.
